Who is Paychex?

Paychex is a company that we use to perform most HR functions online. These functions include: time & attendance, payroll, benefits, and various other HR functions. For more information, please visit:

How do I enroll in Paychex?

You will be sent a form by HR prior to your hire date to be filled out by you. When complete, please return form to your HR representative along with a voided copy of a bank deposit slip (for direct deposit). If you don’t have an account for direct deposit, please contact your HR representative immediately.

How do I complete my timesheet and where to submit?

Time sheets are to be filled in the Client Portal (this will be client specific). Once the time sheets are approved, upload a screenshot of the approved time sheet within your account under the Timesheet Tab. This will occur weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on the client.

How often and when do I get paid?

The Company will run the payroll:

  • from 1st to 15th of the month on or before 31st of the month.
  • from 16th to 31st of the month the following month on or before the 15th.

How do I receive my pay?

  • Pay will be directly deposited into your designated direct deposit account. If you do not have direct deposit, please see your HR representative.

What is the W-4 form?

The official title of Form W-4 is Employee’s Withholding Certificate. When you complete the W-4 correctly, it informs your employer of how much money to withhold from your paycheck for federal income taxes. Company policies and procedures establish the rules of conduct within the organization, outlining the responsibilities of both employees and employer. Company policies and procedures are in place to protect the rights of workers as well as the business interests of employer.
